Positive, I really liked the location, it's close to public transport and some great food spots. The staff was super nice, especially Mariano at the front desk, who helped me with directions!

-
missingWrote a review on Nov 11great locationadditional wi-fi charge
The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from popular dining options and near public transportation.
Wi-Fi was not included in the room rate, requiring an additional charge to access it, which was unexpected.

missingWrote a review on Oct 30ideal locationpoor internetrude staff
The location is ideal for experiencing the city.
During my stay, I found the internet connection to be awful, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the room grew excessively hot, and despite having a fan, it did not help much in providing comfort. The restaurant service was inconsistent. one staff member was rude, and overall, the food options seemed limited and uninspired.

Solo traveler cozy nook
The room was good value especially for the central location just a stone's throw away from the financial district. Public transport was easy to access with two Metrobus lines just a 5 mins walk.
It was not exactly cheap but still reasonable enough.

perfectly situated for exploring downtown attractions and parks
my stay was delightful, especially enjoying the convenience of being just a few steps from Reforma 222 and only a leisurely walk away from the beautiful Alameda Central, making it easy to soak in the city's landmarks and park views every day.

missingWrote a review on Jun 17helpful staffgreat locationstuffy roompoor dining optionsmiscommunication
The location is ideal, close to dining options and public transportation. The staff was accommodating, allowing an early check-in and luggage storage after checkout. However, the room was often hot and stuffy without adequate ventilation, and the dining experience left much to be desired, primarily due to limited vegetarian options. A miscommunication led to ham being served despite dietary restrictions, and the overall restaurant ambiance could use improvement.

The location is walkable with great dining options nearby. The hotel offered a comfy king size bed and daily fresh water bottles in the room.

I really loved the variety of the buffet breakfast, especially the chilaquiles! The room was clean, but it did feel a bit dark without much natural light. I would definitely stay here again for the price!

The Standard Double Room was decent, not super fancy but comfy enough for a few nights. Location-wise, it was awesome—a quick walk to good eateries and the subway. The bed was cozy, but the room could've used more light. I liked that breakfast was included, even if it was pretty basic. Wi-Fi was an issue. I kept losing connection which was annoying while trying to plan my days.
